    Spring Grove Area School District staff and substitutes have access to the dedicated health center in the district with 24/7 access to a primary care provider who takes the time to get to know you. You have the ability to schedule same-day or next-day appointments (and virtual care, too). All for low to no costs.

    • Monday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    • Tuesday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
    • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
    • Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

How to Schedule an Appointment

  • Visits to the Rocket Wellness Center are by appointment only. Drop-in visits are discouraged to ensure each patient is attended to promptly.


    There are three convenient ways to register and schedule an appointment:


    Save time at your appointment by completing the Health History Form before your appointment. Download, complete, and bring the form with you to your appointment.

Who Can Access and Copay Costs

  • The following groups are able to use the Rocket Wellness Center:

    • Full-time employees and their dependents and spouses

    • Part-time employees

    • Substitutes


    Please note:     Eligible members shall not include any persons who have elected a state or federal healthcare program (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare) as primary coverage but may include Medicare Secondary Payor Beneficiaries.

    • Yes, even if you waive coverage, you may use the Rocket Wellness Center.


    Do I have to use the Rocket Wellness Center?

    • No, staff are NOT required to use the Rocket Wellness Center.


    Does the District have access to my health record if I use the Rocket Wellness Center?

    • Absolutely NOT. The Everside Rocket Wellness Center providers are bound by HIPPA law, and your information will not be released to the District.
