    Dr. Steven Guadagnino

    Dr. Guadagnino received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education Degree and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from Temple University. In 2013, he earned his Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, including a dissertation titled, “Administrators’ Perceived Impact of Increased Technology Use in Middle and High School Classrooms”. He holds Pennsylvania Certification in Secondary Education-Physics 7-12, Principal K-12, and a Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility.

    Dr. Guadagnino has been working in public education since 1992. He has experience teaching and coaching seventh, eighth, and ninth graders in Maryland and in Pennsylvania. He was hired by the Spring Grove Area School District in 2005 as the Middle School Assistant Principal and since 2007 has been serving as the Middle School Principal. 

    During Dr. Guadagnino’s tenure in the District, he has chaired and been a member of a variety of District committees focused on curriculum, technology, school safety, strategic planning, and diversity. Dr. Guadagnino received the 2019 William E. Caldwell Award for Excellence in Administration and Supervision from the Pennsylvania School Study Council at Penn State University.
